What clothing is allowed in the restaurants and bars?

During the day casual, same as summer clothing in North America.
Same for bars & restaurants during breakfast and lunch.
At night (bars-restaurants-casinos) a nice summer pair of pants and a good quality short sleeve shirt.
There is nor any requirement for jackets but many clients like it when visiting the night club or casino. The ladies like that too, considering they really dress up for the night.
